- Apply a generous amount of lotion to a tanning mitt.
- Spread the lotion in circular motions onto clean, dry skin.
- Bend your knees and elbows during application to avoid streaks.
- The color develops within 1 to 3 hours, avoid contact with water and sweating during this time.
- After 1 to 3 hours rinse off in the shower with lukewarm water. Do not use soap, shower gel or shampoo.
- Check your tan every hour.
