How to use:

• Take one sheet and gently but firmly press it onto the shiny areas of the face, starting with the T zone, nose, chin and forehead.
• Hold the sheet against the skin for a few seconds to allow it to absorb oil. Do not move or rub the sheet across the skin.
• Remove the sheet and discard it. Use a new sheet on other areas of the face if needed.
